Client Treatment Terms and Conditions

Pumice & Willow is the trading name of Pumice & Willow LTD incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 17130574 whose registered office is at 55 Rodney Street, First Floor Flat, Liverpool, Merseyside, L1 9ER. Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.

1. Understanding and acknowledgement

1.1: The nature of the treatment will be explained to the client as well as its risk and permanent nature.

1.2: The client will receive written pre-treatment instructions and will read and confirm that they are fully understood.

1.3: The client will receive a written medical history form to complete at the time of reservation. The client must inform Pumice & Willow in advance of their procedure of all medical conditions he/she is aware of.

1.4: Pumice & Willow shall not be held liable for any damage occurring as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

1.5: Pumice &Willow reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

1.6: Pumice & Willow reserves the right to amend our pricing structure at any time and without prior notice.

 

2. Treatment

2.1: the treatment is the choice of the client and the client alone and the client agrees to any actions or conducts reasonably necessary to perform the treatment.

2.2: The client understands the limitations of the treatment and the expected outcome of treatment prior to commencement.

2.5: When undertaking a Pumice & Willow treatment the client accepts that they are paying for our expertise and experience, but not for a specific result. All photographic examples shown in the consultation and/or marketing material are for illustration purposes only and the client fully understands that no guarantee can be given as to the exact outcome of this or any other procedure.

2.7: The client understands that there may be discomfort associated with the treatment. Other side effects may include slight bleeding, redness, numbness and swelling.

2.10: For best results, the client must comply with our written and verbally given aftercare instructions and other post treatment appointments.

2.11: Pumice & Willow will not be held liable for any associated costs connected with having
aftercare or follow up treatment to deal with any possible complications, this includes travel,
accommodation or economic costs to the client relating to time taken off work or loss of potential
earnings.

2.12: Pumice & Willow can provide a guideline as to how long any given procedure will take to
complete. Due to numerous variables, the procedure may be shorter or longer than estimated.

2.13: Pumice & Willow reserves the right to cancel the procedure in the interest of client safety in such cases where the client is deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such an event, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge.

2.14: The deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge if it is deemed that the client has failed to disclose known medical conditions or other possible contra-indications to treatment in advance of their procedure that subsequently result in the cancellation of their treatment in the interest of client safety.

2.15: If a procedure is cancelled on the day on medical grounds, Pumice & Willow will advise of any measures the client needs to take and will attempt to reschedule the procedure. If the client does not wish to reschedule and/or cannot reschedule for medical reasons, the client will retain full payment for the procedure as a cancellation charge.

 

3. Payments

3.1: The client will be quoted a fee during a personal consultation.

3.2: A deposit of the amount detailed by Pumice & Willow must be paid in advance to secure the client’s procedure. Until such time as a deposit is placed, the client’s desired booking will remain available for other clients to reserve.

3.3: The balance will be paid prior to the procedure. Bank transfers must be initiated in advance to ensure all funds have cleared by the chosen procedure date.

3.4: We accept: Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards as well as bank transfers. Please note we do not accept cheques, American Express or Laser cards.

3.5: If paying by card on your procedure day, please advise your bank of the payment in advance so that they are aware it is a genuine transaction. Payment must clear prior to the procedure commencing, so any issues with blocked transactions may result in the cancellation of your treatment and the retention of your deposit.

 

4. Appointments and Cancellations

4.1: A deposit will be charged to secure your booking. Should you cancel once the deposit has been placed or fail to arrive for your procedure, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge.

4.3: Pumice & Willow will endeavour to ensure that your procedure runs to schedule, however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your procedure at short notice. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your procedure.

4.4: Pumice & Willow reserves the right to amend booked treatment dates. Such changes are rare and are undertaken in the client’s best interest and safety. In the unlikely event of a treatment date amendment, the deposit sum and other payments will be transferred to the next available date.

4.5: Pumice & Willow will not be liable for costs arising from scheduling changes in the provision of our services, including (but not exclusive to) travel costs, accommodation costs, any economic cost to the client relating to time taken off work or loss of potential earnings.

 

5. Personal Data

5.1: Any client personal data shared shall be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and Pumice & Willow privacy policy.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1: Pumice & Willow reserves all rights to its intellectual property. All rights are reserved and reproduction of part or all of the contents is prohibited.

 

7. Governing Law and Disputes

7.1: Pumice &Willow services are provided in accordance with UK law and any disputes shall be dealt with by the English courts. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England in connection with any action arising out of or related to these Terms and waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction, place of residence, improper venue forum non-convenience in any such action.
